Responsibilities & Context:
Akij Ceramics Limited (ACRL), a concern of AKIJ Bashir Group, is looking for an energetic and responsible candidate for the position of Asst. Officer – VAT. The role will support VAT-related operational activities and ensure proper VAT documentation, reporting, and entry management.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain Mushak-6.3 and other VAT-related registers as required.
Prepare purchase entry and manage rebate (Input Credit) through Mushak-6.1.
Ensure daily production entry properly.
Receive and file all VAT-related documents in an organized way.
Operate new product code entry in ERP and update price declaration accordingly.
Maintain daily sales register (Mushak-6.2).
Perform local purchase entry as per VAT compliance.
Complete regular day-to-day VAT activities assigned by management.
