Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Printers, UPS,Projector,Document&Barcode Scanners,Offline & Online UPS and other IT assets.
∎ Support all users about Installing and Configuring Operating systems, Application software and Companycustomized software.
∎ Managing and monitoring network which includes Cisco Switch, MikroTik Router, Wireless Router, Wireless AP, Radio link, LAN and WAN.
∎ Must have good knowledge about network architecture and capable for planning and Designing.
∎ Experience of Handling & Trouble Shooting of IP Camera, CCTV, DVR, NVR, Android TB Boxand Attendance Devices &Access control Device.
∎ Ensure all Kinds of IT Support for Error free Network and Hardware system.
∎ Prepare and Maintain Good Documentation and Reporting.
∎ Other jobs assigned by the senior.
