∎ Graduate from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently execute Knit product development, understand latest fashion trends, source new yarns and develop customer specific collections.
∎ Ensure smooth communications with customers and suppliers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
∎ Continuously update the fabrics, trims, print embroideries, washes and stitch library including technical data and price idea for easy reference.
∎ Understand customer requirements and closely work with design team to manage the correct samples within time and quality.
∎ Set priorities, develop a work schedule, and monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information and activities.
∎ Ensure production and samples follow up with factories and related procedures.
∎ Communicate with buyers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
∎ Prepare the QA files for on time handover for factory.
∎ Source trims, accessories, and fabrics (both overseas and local).
∎ Prepare costing sheets with all the necessary breakdowns from factories.
∎ Arrange lab dip, trims, bulk fabric color, and quality testing for customer approval.
∎ Work closely with the fabric mills and suppliers ahead of design packs to develop new fabrics and finishes to reduce lead time.
∎ Follow-up TNA on regular basis to ensure on-time delivery with right quality and quantity.
∎ Coordinate and monitor quality of the product through quality personnel.
∎ Place forwarder booking through logistics and monitor the shipment of the products.
∎ Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-4 year(s), Only Factory based working experience candidates is required.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.
