• Responsibilities & Context Communication with Japanese Clients: Act as a bridge between local teams and Japanese clients, ensuring smooth communication. Translate and interpret emails, documents, and verbal conversations between Japanese and local languages (or English).
• Order Coordination: Handle order follow-ups from development to shipment. Coordinate with buyers and factories on product samples, approvals, and production timelines.
• Sample Management: Oversee the development of product samples as per buyer specifications. Ensure timely dispatch of samples to Japanese buyers.
• Production Follow-up: Monitor production progress and ensure on-time delivery. Address any production issues or changes with suppliers and buyers promptly.
• Quality Coordination: Work with QA/QC teams to maintain product quality as per Japanese standards. Share feedback from buyers with production teams.
• Market & Trend Research: Understand Japanese fashion trends and buyer preferences. Provide insights to design and development teams.
• Travel & Meetings: Attend virtual or in-person meetings with Japanese clients or visit production units if required.
