• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Strong communication skills to engage with head office & suppliers
• Must be able to do the garments accurate costing
• Maintaining all relevant merchandising communication with buyer & supplier.
• Capable to handle order individually right from sampling to till shipment
• Should have sound knowledge on raw material sourcing, negotiations and quality
• Should have knowledge on documents checking both import and export
• Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance
• Coordinate with factory team for proper & on time execution of production, process & procedures of buyers
• Able to work under pressure and on extended days and hours
• Proficiency in using computer software’s, particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good Manner and Appearance
• Source Yarns & Accessories locally & from abroad. Also, must have good knowledge about all kind of Yarns & accessories
• Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company
• Good command in both Bangla and English languages
