∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ 2D & 3D experience must.
∎ Knowledge of sample development must & manual pattern making will be added advantage.
∎ Good writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
∎ Computer skill on MS Office/ Excel is must.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You will be responsible for overseeing the technical team ensuring to produce the best quality samples to build a good image of the company.
∎ Create and implement an ethical compliance business strategy that delivers exceptional standards.
∎ Responsible for follow the safety requirements of all products, test reporting, development and compliance.
∎ Establish and sustain the all buyer’s technical requirements, and follow the company QMS.
∎ Achieve the daily plan target and efficiency in sample section.
∎ Follow the monthly sample T&A and meet the on time PCD.
∎ Manage all aspects of pattern, marker making, quality controlling and sample sections from compiling garment specifications, development and all kind of samples, documentation and clear communication to the supplier/buying office working to the critical path.
∎ Analyze of reports and update production management on approval and risk assessment. Update and highlight of risks.
∎ Knowledge of common manufacturing and washing standards issues/mistakes.
∎ Introduce the best minimum cost consumption and over 90% marker efficiency.
∎ Conduct the risk assessment meeting for every development to be production friendly.
∎ Mentor and highlight to the merchant and marketing section out sourcing supplier’s and service company’s performance and quality.
∎ Achieve the technical and sample department KPIs such as, on time submission, sample approved hit rate, marker efficiency etc.
∎ Maintain a good administration policy in the department.
∎ Improve and sustain the 5’s philosophy in the department.
∎ Conduct trainings and development programs for department staff and workers.
