Right now we are looking for some energetic & result oriented candidates for the position of Asst.Manager/Manager - Quality Control, who will share our pride and support our continuous growth by showcasing their talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and testing of products, materials, or components to verify that they meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. 
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspection and testing results, including measurements, observations, and any defects or non-conformities found. 
• Quality Standards: Ensure that products or processes adhere to established quality control standards and procedures, including compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. 
• Defect Identification: Identify and document any defects, deviations, or non-conformities in products, materials, or processes and communicate this information to relevant personnel for corrective action. 
• Sampling: Select random samples for inspection from production batches, shipments, or inventory to evaluate quality. 
• Reporting: Generate reports on inspection findings, including pass/fail determinations, and provide feedback to suppliers/vendors to improve product quality. 
• Calibration: Maintain and calibrate measuring and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability in quality control processes. 
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues, and work with other departments to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions. 
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry-specific quality standards and regulations, 
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with supply chain and floor operation department to identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance product quality and efficiency. 
• Supplier Evaluation: Evaluate the quality of materials and components received from suppliers, and maintain supplier quality records. 
• Communication: Communicate effectively with the management and suppliers to address quality concerns and facilitate necessary corrective actions. 
• Training: Train and educate personnel on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices to maintain a culture of quality throughout the organization. 
• Compliance Audits: Conduct internal quality audits to ensure that the organization's quality management system is operating effectively and in compliance with established standards. 
• Statistical Analysis: Use statistical tools and techniques, such as statistical process control (SPC), to monitor and improve the quality of production processes.
