Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Lingerie ( Bra and panties ) experience.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ PRIOR TO CUTTING START AND CUT WORK ACCURACY:
∎ Documented quality policy auditing.
∎ To meet legal requirements of cutting Quality.
∎ Check evidence availability in cutting section for Quality auditing.
∎ Routine JOB
∎ Execute before cutting risk assessment carried out on all style and categorized according to buyer requirements.
∎ Casually cross check Fabric, Marker, and lays are checked prior to cutting; (Cut height, lay count, fabric correct side, fabric type etc.).
∎ Perform audit record are kept and communicated with related department.
∎ Perform to functionality test carried out of on any style and identify corrective action with implementation (Fusing Machine & Heat seal Machine Calibration, panel shrinkage, pattern adjustment etc.)
∎ Daily two-time sewing line audit and line complain management.
∎ Randomly audit QC pass cut work, and measurement report cross check.
∎ Demonstrate quality Auditors for perform correctly in cutting section.
∎ Ensure availability of the following:
∎ a.) Size set pattern
∎ b.) Mock-up cutting
∎ c.) Fabric Swatch Board
∎ Manage and executive cutting quality inspector.
∎ Ensure that the following work procedure are being undertaken by junior colleague:
∎ a.) Mock-up cutting is approved prior to spreading and bulk cutting
∎ b.) Good fabric is cut using regular marker
∎ c.) Cut panel are checked according to pattern taking the bottom, middle and top ply
∎ d.) Measurements are taken in random
∎ e.) Correct bundling sequence and quantity per bundle
∎ f.) Cut panel are check where defective and rejected panel are segregated
∎ g.) Correct relaxation time and system are observed
∎ Ensure that all SOP in cutting are followed by junior colleague

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
