At least 5 years of relevant experience in Breeder Farm operations and maintenance.
Proficiency in Google Sheets (data management, formulas, pivot tables, reporting & analysis)
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead execution of ongoing and upcoming breeder farm projects.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal departments.
Monitor project progress, generate reports, and escalate issues.
Control operational and maintenance costs through effective budgeting.
Civil: Oversee construction, maintenance, and renovation of farm buildings and infrastructure; supervise contractors; ensure compliance with structural safety and preventive maintenance schedules.
Mechanical: Manage installation, operation, and maintenance of ventilation, pumps, feed machinery, and HVAC systems; implement preventive and corrective maintenance; monitor system efficiency and coordinate repairs.
Electrical & Electronic: Oversee electrical systems, lighting, backup generators, and automation controls; maintain electronic monitoring systems; troubleshoot faults; ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
