Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. In Textile Engineering Or Minimum Graduate in any Discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deep knowledge and experience of handling all printing & color operation of Table & Machine production.
∎ Responsible for planning, developing and implementing all printing production activities.
∎ Knowledge on chemical hazards & testing.
∎ Have sound knowledge of audit requirements as per Factory Compliance.
∎ Knowledge on modern production tools and techniques.
∎ To take action in case of printing & chemical fault found and to solve the root cause of the problem.
∎ Deep knowledge on Quality assurance.
∎ Any other work assigned as and when required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Smart, presentable with a smiling face.
∎ Hard working & Having Patience.
∎ Must be good knowledge on Basic computer skill (Microsoft Office program).
∎ Must be excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
∎ Must be self-motivated, proactive and team player.
