• Proficiency with Siemens PLC using Simatic Manager and TIA Portal and ABB PLC using Compact HMI and Control Builder.

• Experience with SCADA, HMI systems, PID tuning, and robotics.

• Hands-on experience with SQL databases and development/testing in Node-Red, Kepware, JSON, and REST application testing.

• Ability to read electrical diagrams and work with various sensors, I/O modules, frequency converters, and soft starters.

• Implementation and troubleshooting of industrial automation systems.

• Analyze current systems and processes to identify automation opportunities, minimize downtime, and reduce operating costs.

• Design and implement automation frameworks and tools that support software quality and production.

• Develop, configure, and implement automated systems, robotics, and machinery to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

• Design control systems, including PLCs, SCADA and HMIs for optimal process control.

• Write, test, and debug control system programs for automation processes.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical support for maintenance teams.

• Optimize control strategies, including PID tuning and other automation control methods.

• Working with Siemens PLC using Simatic Manager and TIA Portal Software, HMI, and SCADA system.

• Working with ABB PLC using Compact HMI and Control Builder, HMI, and SCADA systems.

• Create and maintain electrical and control schematics, documentation, and project design files.

• Capable of reading electrical diagram and work on Process instrumentation and control, including various sensors, I/O modules, frequency converter, soft starters, etc.

• Electrical panel hardware knowledge.

• Periodically travel to all SBUs across Bangladesh for control system troubleshooting and start-up of control systems primarily.

• Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.

• Hands-on experience with databases like SQL.

• Experience with development and/or testing in Node-Red, Kepware, JSON, and REST application testing.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all automation activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
