∎ Maintaining Business & Technical level Communication with the clients
∎ Identifying & Documenting clients/ User requirements
∎ Explore new opportunities from the Market
∎ Support Technical Team
∎ Achieve Individual & team Performance goals related to customer satisfaction, customer retention and profitable
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Computer Hardware/ Network Companies, ISP, Saas, VAS,IT Enabled Service
∎ Expert in EGP Tender Preparation.
∎ Self-motivated, attitude of ownership, and a strong desire to learn. Customer service skills, communication skills, and a positive attitude.
∎ Excellent written, verbal & MS office communication is essential.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
∎ Ability to travel up to 90%.
∎ Proficient in MS-Office applications
∎ Good presentation skill
∎ Strong Communication Skill
