Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Additional professional training in Marketing, Business Development, Public Procurement, Tender Management, or Client Relationship Management will be considered an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Project Sourcing, Business Development, Tender Marketing, Government Liaison, Client Relationship Management, or Project Acquisition.

Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with government officials, consultants, and corporate clients.
Sound knowledge of government procurement environments and public sector project structures.
Strong reporting and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and project development activities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Preference will be given to candidates who already possess strong professional networks and working relationships with officials of RHD, LGED, and PWD and have demonstrated experience in sourcing tender/projects.
Candidates with a proven track record of sourcing government projects and developing institutional client relationships will receive special consideration.
Job Context
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to identify and secure business opportunities from Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, and Private Sector organizations through effective liaison, client relationship management, and project sourcing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source potential tenders, projects, and business opportunities from Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, and Private Sector organizations.
Establish and maintain effective liaison with officials of RHD, LGED, PWD, BBA, CAAB, City Corporations and other public sector agencies.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.
Collect information regarding upcoming projects, procurement plans, budget allocations, and tender opportunities.
Arrange meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospective clients and stakeholders. Coordinate internally to communicate project opportunities and client requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government development projects.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project pipelines, and business development activities.
Achieve assigned tender/project sourcing and business development targets.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management related to business growth and client relationship development.
Assist in all project-related administrative and operational tasks, including documentation, billing coordination, contract processing, and compliance-related activities as required to ensure successful project award and execution readiness.
Coordinate with clients for preparation, processing, submission, follow-up, and timely collection of project-related bills, resolving billing-related issues, collection of required documents, and handling any necessary project-related tasks to facilitate smooth and timely payment
