Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the delivery of high-quality fabric to customers per defined standards while maintaining profitability.
∎ Oversee and ensure all aspects of fabric quality.
∎ Manage daily quality issues, ensuring defect-free fabric through prompt decision-making.
∎ Provide feedback on process and weaving defects to relevant departments.
∎ Monitor daily operations across shifts to ensure SOP compliance.
∎ Collaborate with departments to address fabric defects.
∎ Ensure timely approvals for bulk fabric.
∎ Optimize resource utilization efficiently.
∎ Verify quality parameters for input materials, including dyed fabric and chemicals.
∎ Arrange third-party testing and inspections as required by customers.
∎ Discuss and resolve quality concerns with teams and other departments.
∎ Apply an analytical approach to quality issues and maintain records to prevent recurrence.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
∎ Make informed decisions regarding folded fabric
∎ To ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality level.
∎ Ensure all Quality Assurance staffs are trained on any new procedure / requirement as advised by the customers.
∎ To ensure all the garments are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ We are looking for interested candidates for the position of Assistant Manager/Senior Executive – Quality Assurance (Garments) who have initiative, experience in the relevant sector, drive, and self-motivation to take on challenges and deliver high-quality results.
