Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
∎ Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
∎ Conduct performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
∎ Maintain HR records, employee data, and documentation.
∎ Oversee office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
∎ Ensure workplace safety, security, and compliance with company policies.
∎ Maintain company records, legal documents, and administrative reports.
∎ Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
∎ Ensure accurate salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
∎ Handle employee benefits, insurance, and welfare programs.
∎ Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
∎ Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and improve workplace culture.
∎ Prepare HR and admin reports for senior management.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
∎ Track HR analytics such as attrition, hiring trends, and performance metrics.
