∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Management (MBM) in Marketing

∎ Age 27 to 37 years
∎ Understanding of the dealer sales process; or corporate sales experience.
∎ Good command over IT knowledge (Office Program especially MS Word, Excel & Power Point).
∎ Previous experience on IT Hardware products sales & marketing will get preference.
∎ Sound knowledge and surveying capacity on IT Hardware industries.
∎ Track record of achieving sales targets.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive and self-motivated.
∎ Should be willing to take initiative and target driven.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Must have good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Marketing & Sales of IT products like- Interactive Flat Panel, Video Wall, Projector, Digital Signage, Kiosk, Computer, Printer, Scanner, Sound System, CCTV Camera, Paper Shredder, UPS, Office Automation products, Networking products and others.
∎ Manager who can manage the team efficiently, handle customer query and increase sales at corporate customers or our Branch retail customer or Dealers.
∎ Have good knowledge of regular participations and operations of tender functions, tender documentations, and issuance of pay-order and bank guarantee with Govt., Non-Govt., and other organization's procurement process.
∎ Executive will be required to achieve own sales target by selling products, helping customers with their purchases, provide required information to prospective customer to promote understanding of relevant IT products, components & accessories and provide excellent customer service to achieve sales target for Corporate or our Branch retail or Dealer’s business.
∎ Regular market visit and Identify dealer or corporate customers at the assigned area to promote business and preparing offer letter/quotation, follow-up clients and close the deal.
∎ Grow the customer base through marketing and business development efforts and keep the business running among existing customers.
∎ Finding new customers for business development and ensuring maximum customer service through providing product, promotion and pricing information and answering questions, product presentation and giving demonstration etc.
∎ Able to achieve assigned area-based sales targets on a monthly basis within the specified markets and responsible for collecting the payment on time.
∎ Make and set Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis action plans for achieving the sales target.
∎ Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles, and practices.
∎ Ensure high standard of customer service to all existing accounts and maintain a company set standard of Corporate Relationship Management (CRM) activities.
∎ Collect accurate feedback on Client requirements and complaint.
∎ Subsequently develop and execute action plans to ensure client satisfaction and thus maximize revenue.
∎ Inspecting inventory shipments, resolving customer complaints and training new team members.
∎ Prepare reports like sales and marketing, for the Departmental as and when needed.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
