We are expanding our Bangladesh operations and seeking a smart, organized, and ambitious Executive Assistant & Lead Consultant to work directly with the CEO of an international consulting company operating between Türkiye, South America, and Bangladesh.
This is a hybrid position (Remote + Dhaka-based coordination when required) with long-term growth and international exposure.

Position Overview:
You will work directly with the CEO, supporting:
Business development
Client consultation
Student recruitment
International relocation programs
Daily executive coordination
This role requires professionalism, communication skills, and long-term commitment.
Responsibilities:
Executive scheduling & reporting
Client consultation (Bengali & English)
Lead follow-up & conversion
Study in Türkiye promotion & student onboarding
South America relocation client management
Maintaining client database & documentation
Coordinating agreements and payment tracking
Supporting business development strategy
Compensation Structure:
Fixed Salary: BDT 10,000 per month
Performance Incentives:
🎓 Turkey Student Recruitment:
USD 100 per successful enrolled student🌎 South America Relocation Program:
USD 500 per client/family
(USD 250 after first payment + USD 250 after final payment)💼 Turkish Work Permit / HR Recruitment:
USD 250 per successful client
(Paid after first deposit received)

Requirements and Qualifications:
Fluent in Bengali & English (spoken and written)
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Organized, disciplined, and responsive
Comfortable working hybrid (Remote + occasional Dhaka coordination)
Ethical, trustworthy, and professional
Experience in education consultancy, immigration, or sales preferred (not mandatory)
