Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of the hotel.
∎ Responsible for Corporate Sales for the hotel.
∎ Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
∎ A Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
∎ Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.
∎ Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition.
∎ Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships.
∎ Able to supports hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
∎ Targeting key accounts potential for the company.
∎ Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
∎ Develops relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
∎ Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
∎ Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients Prerequisites.
∎ Capable of achieving sales target
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4-5 years' experience in a reputable Hotel/Resort with similar responsibility
∎ Vast knowledge in Digital Marketing
∎ Experience in management may be advantageous
∎ Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
∎ Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
∎ Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
∎ The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
∎ The ability to work under pressure
∎ Knowledge in Hotel Management Software
∎ Computer literacy and Excellent command in English (verbal & written)
