Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to, staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
∎ Train, supervise, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.
∎ Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively, striving to exceed their expectations.
∎ Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between the front and back of house operations.
∎ Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
∎ Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and make recommendations for menu improvements and service enhancements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a reputed hotel or hospitality establishment.
∎ Proven leadership abilities with the ability to mentor and inspire team members.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
∎ Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
