∎ cleanliness and tidiness of our establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, making sure they adhere to high standards and maintain a well-organized and hygienic environment for our guests
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping attendants to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
∎ Oversee the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities to maintain a pristine appearance.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to ensure all rooms and common areas meet our established cleanliness standards.
∎ Coordinate with the front desk and other departments to prioritize cleaning tasks and accommodate guest requests promptly.
∎ Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure their proper usage and storage.
∎ Train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and excellent customer service skills.
∎ Collaborate with the maintenance team to report and address any maintenance issues in a timely manner
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or in a related role, preferably with
∎ experience in a supervisory capacity.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary: 12,000 - 15,000 BDT per month (based on experience and qualifications)
