∎ Content Creation and Strategy:
∎ Develop captivating content strategies for live sessions to align with the hotel's branding and marketing objectives.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and informative content for the live events.
∎ Audience Engagement:
∎ Interact with the audience during live sessions, responding to comments, questions, and feedback to maintain a dynamic and engaging dialogue.
∎ Encourage participation, conduct polls, and incorporate interactive elements to enhance audience involvement.
∎ Promotion and Reach:
∎ Promote upcoming live events through various digital marketing channels, enticing the audience to tune in.
∎ Analyze engagement metrics and feedback to optimize future live sessions and improve reach and impact.
∎ Collaborations and Partnerships:
∎ Collaborate with influences and partners to enhance the visibility and reach of live events.
∎ Identify potential collaborations that align with the hotel's brand and marketing goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Proven experience in digital marketing and conducting engaging live sessions on social media platforms.
∎ Strong understanding of social media platforms, live video features, and trends.
∎ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
∎ Creative thinking and ability to design engaging content.
∎ Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
∎ This position requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate live sessions, including evenings and weekends as needed.
∎ The role involves occasional travel to conduct on-location live events and collaborations.
