We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing (B2B). The candidate must have strong experience in Epoxy & PU Flooring, Waterproofing Systems, and Construction Chemicals, especially in B2B sales & marketing within industrial, commercial, and construction sectors.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.

• Generate new B2B sales opportunities and expand market presence.

• Promote company products and achieve sales targets.

• Conduct regular market visits and client meetings.

• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and support.

• Submit regular sales and market reports to management.
