Job Context:
∎ We are looking to get application from some potential Candidates for the post of Asst. Manager - QAD to work in Finishing Section.
∎ Those who are presently dealing TARGET`s order will get priority for interview

∎ Job Location : REMI HOLDINGS LTD., AEPZ
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrative in charge of whole QA/QC team activities.
∎ Ensure quality of Finished Products;
∎ Setting QA/QC compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
∎ Solve instant problem and take to preventive action.
∎ Closely work with respective buyer representative during their visit, implement buyer comments and make action plan.
∎ Mail communication with the concern department.
∎ Weekly/monthly meeting with team and discuss about continuous improvement, reducing defect rate and smooth working flow.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation.
∎ Identifying relevant quality-related training need basis.
∎ Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters.
∎ Monitoring performance through gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
∎ Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
∎ Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Should have working experience on dealing TARGET's Order
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability
∎ Good intellect and analytical skills, working experience with expatriates
∎ Willing to work under pressure / Knowledge on BEPZA rules
∎ Working experience in EPZ area will be preferable
∎ Working experience as GPQ or certified QA from a reputed Brand
Salary: Negotiable
