Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the entire quality control process from raw material inspection to final product evaluation for woven garments.
∎ Establish, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and systems.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective action plans.
∎ Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, client specifications, and safety regulations.
∎ Collaborate with production, planning, and industrial engineering teams to optimize product quality.
∎ Ensure Improvement in QMS score by carrying out audit and Root-Cause-Analyses and initiate development measures.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve operational efficiency.
∎ Manage and mentor the quality control team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
∎ Conduct regular audits and inspections, generating detailed reports on product quality and compliance.
