Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish & Maintaining the Quality Assurance System in the whole process of Woven garments.
∎ Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
∎ Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's quality systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirement.
∎ Effectively interact with production and Development Teams.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Liaising with Customers Auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customer's specification
∎ Writing technical and management system report.
∎ Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers and comparing with customer requirements.
∎ Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies procedures and systems pertaining to QA/ QC.
∎ Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.
∎ Identifying relevant quality related training needs and arranges training accordingly.
∎ To handle Buyers QA during their final inspection and during floor visit.
∎ Lead safety, quality & compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by avoiding all kinds of wastage.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
