Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master's degree in any discipline. Graduate/Diploma in Textiles or relevant discipline will treated as advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be energetic and be able to lead & develop an effective team of QA/QC and technical staff who are responsible for all quality related assignments / issues.
∎ Identify quality complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and /or corrective actions.
∎ Report to operational in charge as soon as any quality deterioration is detected to undertake necessary action. In case serious problems, communicate top management.
∎ Deal with the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality team.
∎ Collaborate with other department of management to develop the product, SOP, and training methods.
∎ Develop the quality standard and implementation rules for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
∎ Maintain workplace safety & healthy environment for employee in every situation.
∎ Conduct any other assignment to be given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Male candidate are preferred.
∎ Adequate English communicational skill.
∎ Should have sound health and strength.
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Strong personal & interpersonal skill.
Salary: Negotiable
