Job Context:
∎ Mahmud Group is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as an Asst. Manager MIS - Internal Audit.
∎ The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To control the factory OH within the budget.
∎ Analyze monthly unit wise production variance and calculate the salary of the workers accordingly.
∎ Monitor daily MIS progress and seek an explanation for all variances.
∎ To take initiatives for cost savings.
∎ Order closing report for Garments/Textile
∎ Shipment monitoring.
∎ Cut to ship prepared.
∎ Production monitoring.
∎ To prepare the daily, weekly & monthly MIS reporting (Daily OT, daily OH Monitoring, daily shipment report, weekly KPI reporting & monthly reporting)
∎ Prepare Monthly Stock report after collecting & reconciling status of Raw material.
∎ To check the effectiveness of control framework.
∎ Ensure the imported items based on project timeline
∎ Reconcile advance against project between cost center and head office accounts
∎ Review contract documents for financial details to assist project manager
∎ Liaise with project staff to improve understanding of financial terms/outcomes
∎ Provide internal and external auditors with information required for audit.
∎ Import analysis
∎ LC Valuation and Landed cost analysis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
∎ Should have ability to correspond accurately
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Computer (Microsoft Office)
