Job Context:
∎ This position will be responsible for leading the overall Marketing Management and day to day Marketing Coordination in line with management requirement
∎ Report to Director, Business Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To set and achieve yearly Marketing targets.
∎ Prepare detailed work plans as well as budget expenditures
∎ Prepare the Draft, the Different types of Letter, Proposal, Notice / Memo, Meeting minutes, etc. as per requirement
∎ Write up as per campaign Brochure, Leaflet, In house marketing materials table talker, Promotion etc.
∎ Campaign or promotion related talking points will be delivered to branch before commencement of date
∎ Sound knowledge of Event/ Campaign Co-coordinator, Brand Communication, Activation Management, Strategic Planning
∎ Provide different reports to Management as and when required in word, excel format.

∎ Advertising Agency, Brand & Activation Programme, Business Development, Minimum 3-5 years direct experience in relevant area
∎
∎ Must have the passion for winning and commitment towards bringing in the desired result
∎ Pro-active, smart, self-motivated and disciplined
∎ Ability to work independently with own initiative, effectively in multifaceted situation
∎ Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 2007/2010 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
