Job Context:
∎ The main role of the position is to drive revenue and expand client base from Financial sector, Institution and corporate by selling internet,data connectivity, Cloud, Mail, IT products and Solutions.
∎ To achieve success in this role, a comprehensive understanding of Sales & Marketing strategies, expertise in Tender Participation and a proactive commitment to contribute significantly to the Company are essential.
∎ The ideal candidate should have a background in ISP sales with relevant experience in the field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute area wise comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
∎ Conducting market research to identify new customer segments and opportunities.
∎ Identify and target new customer segments.
∎ Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and influencers.
∎ Convince the corporate customers and close the deal professionally maintaining relationships with new & existing customers through telephone, mail, and Regular visits.
∎ Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with a face-to-face presentation.
∎ Monitor & follow up the individual, monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
∎ Collect market information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Deliver product Knowledge to the relevant customer.
∎ Close new business deals by assessing requirements, developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract requirements with business operations.
∎ Be willing to undertake any other duties assigned by the Higher Management.
∎ Preparing reports and presentations.
∎ Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing staff.
∎ Training and developing sales and marketing staff.
∎ Managing sales and marketing budget.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
