Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business processes capture and analysis.
∎ To make an automated visual management system to ensure transparency.
∎ Planning and monitoring and update workflows of MIS, Software Development and Implementation, Networking and Hardware.
∎ Comply with data integrity and security policies.
∎ Streamlining and improving of internal and external reporting
∎ Capacity to Collect & Analyze Valid Data From Websites Based on Specific Requirements.
∎ Follow- up day to day sales administration related work & Creating Weekly & Monthly Report.
∎ Follow- up & Keeping records on the movements of all livestock & Agro products in and out from the company.
∎ Documentation and analysis of Data
∎ Data Analysis should be done according to market target.
∎ Update website timely (new products, change of product's content/design).
∎ Follow- up Edit company's existing designs and layouts.
∎ Follow-up & Provide graphics or designs to support different promotions/events/exhibitions.
∎ Propose new design concepts/ ideas constantly and share digital marketing trends positively.
∎ Perform other duties related to content and design/visual creation.
∎ Monitoring for Google ads, Facebook boosting and other paid advertisements.
∎ Follow-up Design at work for various online platforms such as promotional banners, websites & social media (Like, Facebook, YouTube, What's App, Instagram, etc).
∎ Follow- up Creative Graphics Designer to Create Logo, Brand Identity & Brochure Design, Flyer Design, Poster Design, Paper Ad Design, Billboard Design, Corporate Profile, Greeting card, Visiting card etc
∎ Any other tasks assigned from the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Data Entry expert, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Graphic Design, video editing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe In design, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Internet, Data analysis.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Design and Good computer literacy
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
∎ Excellent command over written and spoken English to write reports, memos, proposals, and presentations and conduct telephonic communications etc.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Design and Good computer literacy
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 55000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two Festival Bonus, One Ex-Gratia Bonus, House rent, Both contributory PF fund (Approved NBR), Salary Review Yearly, Transport Allowance & Mobile bill facility.
