Job Responsibilities:
∎ Products: Carton, Hang Tag, Sewing Thread, Twill Tape, Printed Label, Elastic, Photo Board, Draw Cord etc.
∎ Description / Responsibility
∎ • To fix department wise target and to ensure target wise order receiving (To increase new buyer's order.)
∎ • Develop new business & promote products.
∎ • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors.
∎ • Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products.
∎ • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products.
∎ • Initiate market research studies and analyse their findings.
∎ • Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
∎ • Monitor and analyst all marketing and sales reports.
∎ • Responsible for pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, and market research and brand strategy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ In depth knowledge on overall Accessories Marketing (Carton, Hang Tag, Sewing Thread, Twill Tape, Printed Label, Elastic, Photo Board, Draw Cord etc.).
∎ In-depth knowledge on RMG & Textile market.
∎ Must be target oriented & self-motivated.
∎ Try or die mentality & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Effective communication skills & Strong negotiation skills.
