∎ Training/Trade Course: Three years Chartered Accountancy course complete
∎ Skills Required: Accounts

Job Context:
∎ Swiss Tex Group is looking for an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) under Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) with
∎ more than 10 years of professional, management, operational and leadership experience in Financial Services & RMG
∎ Sector.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing financial data and preparing financial statements and accounting information and reports
∎ for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Managing Director and proposing recommendations.
∎ ? Responsible for monitoring profitability.
∎ ? Involved in the daily overseeing and management of the company’s financial systems and budgets.
∎ ? Organizing and maintaining accurate company accounting records.
∎ ? Investigating and dealing with financial irregularities.
∎ ? When necessary liaising with banks and other financial institutions.
∎ ? Supervising junior members of staff and trainee accountants.
∎ Monitor Import Plan, Ensure Open L/C to procure required product on time.
∎ ? Calculating the interest & cost of fund on different debt and controlling them.
∎ ? Managing fund from different sources for managing working capital and company's operation.
∎ ? Monitoring the cost of fund and ensure utilization of the fund.
∎ ? Maintain Chart of Accounts with Cost Center as required by Top Management.
∎ ? Ensure Submission of VAT & Income Tax Return regularly within the time.
∎ ? Arranging financial audits and reviews as required;
∎ ? Preparing the budget for each year and monitoring the budget Analysis of the budget variances.
∎ ? Monitoring Export Proceeds & realization of the company and implementing proper Accounting treatment.
∎ ? Monitoring Cash Incentive realization procedure from Bangladesh Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years works experience in RMG sector.
