∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Fine-tuning/ running of WTP, ETP and daily monitoring of the parameters
∎ Hardness for WTP) and temperature, pH, TDS, TSS, COD, BOD and DO value of the discharge water of ETP).
∎ Execute of professional performances to control full SBR & PVA Gel Method Biological ETP practically
∎ Monitor and evaluate the discharge water parameters (Color, pH, DO, COD, BOD, EC, TDS, TSS, Temp etc.) as per DoE standards & ECR-23. and ZDHC standards.
∎ Manage Process control of Biological ETP with efficient ways to meet BSR, DOE and ZDHC Standards
∎ Checking MLSS, MLVSS, F/M ratio, SRT/MCRT, SVI, DO, RAS, and waste AS in the in-house laboratory.
∎ Spectro phytomere, muffle furnace, BOD incubator, microscope, Imhoff cone, COD measuring thermos reactor, composite meter for DO, TDS, Temp measuring used for daily parameter checking.
∎ All parameters are tested analytically to maintain the discharge parameters.
∎ Monitoring the ETP laboratory work and timely checking the calibration of the ETP lab instruments
∎ Root cause analysis of any failure of parameters and take necessary action plan to overcome this.
∎ Proper sludge Management and ensure sludge discharge according to DoE guidelines and buyer COC.
∎ To conduct all EMS training, Energy and Water saving training, waste management training and all chemical management training for all workers from the production unit who are directly involved in chemical handling. Prepare the TNA for all concerned persons. Inform all the people who need the training.
∎ To collect labels, MSDS, and guarantee letters for buyers from suppliers via supply chain management to collect MSDS and guarantee letters and keep updated files.
∎ To ensure internal audit (FIFO audit in Central Chemical store and other sub-stores, eyewash station, temperature meter, water flow meter) twice a month.
∎ Check all eyewash stations.
∎ Keep monitoring the wastage area and inform the concerned persons.
∎ To prepare all PD data for buyers and relevant data for other buyers to keep updating also Provide support for any chemical & Environment related activities like Higg FEM to HOD.
