∎ Age 30 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To process the T&A Plan considering the lead time of the orders.
∎ To make a Yarn In-house plan including yarn requisition & allocation and monitoring in-house deadlines & chasing with the Supply chain as well as suppliers (If required).
∎ To design order-wise Greige Production, Dyeing, Y/D, AOP & Finishing plan to meet Plan Cut Date (PCD) & Total T&A Plan.
∎ To make newly batch-able & non-batch-able Qty of available greige stock daily.
∎ To make & ensure the next 24 hours m/c wise dyeing production lock plan daily.
∎ To synchronize all production updates & find out the backlogs/shortfalls & coordinate with the relevant ones to overcome all backlogs/shortfalls within the timeframe.
∎ To control Greige, Dyeing, AOP & Finishing Production plan providing fabrics priority plan to minimize the wastage or additional as much as possible.
∎ Analyzing the critical path of the total production flow.
∎ To check & ensure projected orders load cooperating with the M&M team & take the needful initiative to make it fruitful.
∎ Capacity booked vs. available, booked vs. plan, under/over-utilized capacity.
∎ Assist Top Management in making business decisions.
∎ Motivate the full team towards goals and results.
∎ Fakir Knitwears Ltd, a reputed 100% export-oriented Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for a talented, experienced, dynamic, potential candidate as Manager - Textile Planning for its factory located at Kayempur, Fatullah, Narayanganj.
∎ To process the T&A Plan considering the lead time of the orders.
