Job Context:
∎ In this position, the Asst. Manager/ Manager will support the management of the organization through planning and execution of the organizational goal to be one of the finest in the industry. They will also work closely as a team to facilitate the trading and collecting new equities.
∎ Superior Knowledge of capital market as well as excellent written and oral communication skills are must.
∎ Able to analyze the market incidents and good market intelligence.
∎ Knowledge of interpreting financial reports is a plus.

∎ Marketing & communicating with clients.

∎ Generating and achieving brokerage targets.
∎ Offering high quality customer service in a professional manner.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person.
∎ Must be proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, target oriented and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Complying with all rules and regulations of BSEC, DSE, CDBL and The Company.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Solid knowledge of rules & regulations related to brokerage services.
∎ Have client base and intention to participate in marketing activities.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage / Securities House / Trading of share.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

∎ Candidate should be religious.
