∎ Bachelor's in Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology / Computer Technology / Electronics and Communications Engineering / Electrical and Electronic Engineering, from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ REPORTS TO - IT MANAGER / Sr. MANAGER IT & CRM
∎ DEPARTMENT/SECTION - IT (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY) DEPARTMENT.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Running regular checks on network and data security.
∎ Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
∎ Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
∎ Designing training programs and workshops for staff.
∎ Maintain Mail server & Operational Server.
∎ Maintaining of the Domain Control, DNS Server & DHCP Server.
∎ Maintaining overall networking systems (LAN, WAN & Wireless)
∎ Deep knowledge of operating systems & monitoring of technological backup & recovery procedures.
∎ Analyzing equipment performance and keeping records for repair and maintenance.
∎ Conducting regular system audits & monitoring ICT inventory.
∎ Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.
∎ Knowledge of network fundamentals, general network setup and device configuration
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
∎ Knowledge of server hardware and disk storage technology
∎ Able to prepare and implement preventative maintenance schedule for all IT hardware and software
∎ Manage disaster recovery process, endpoint security management, and ensuring regular daily backup is taken
∎ Maintaining PABX system.
∎ Supervising security systems (CCTV, Office access system)
∎ Any job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following Area(s):Troubleshoot, PABX system, maintain and repair company technology assets, servers, networking components, Domain Controlling, DNS Server & DHCP Server.
