∎ Master's Degree from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 15 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Reports to Executive Director.
∎ Department/Section Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales strategy to grow customer base.
∎ Creating new corporate customers and build rapport with them.
∎ Developing and Maintaining Customers for getting desired business.
∎ Maximize support and NTB from existing accounts.
∎ Grow the current account base by gaining new accounts through management of sales leads as well as proactive approach.
∎ Invoicing and collection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-15 years in freight forwarding & logistics industry age not exceeding 42.
∎ Experience of leading sales team of reputed international agent's local office.
∎ Experience of handling nominations covering sales in AIR, SEA freight, Export and Import.
∎ Ability to work independently and handle operations in multiple locations simultaneously.
∎ Strong English communication.
∎ Excellent customer management skills (foreign and local).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Air/ Sea Freight Rate negotiations
∎ Strong Local Market Client Base
∎ AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
∎ International Logistics Management.
∎ Third-Party Logistics (3PL).
∎ Supply Chain Management.
∎ Transportation Management.
∎ Warehouse Operations.
∎ Customs Brokerage.
∎ Business Development, Sales and Account Management.
∎ Communication.
∎ Customer Service.
∎ Freight Forwarding (Sea, Air, Road, Rail).
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Must be smart with pleasant personality, convincing/ interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Ability to learn quickly and hardworking.
∎ Fluent in English.
∎ Sound expertise in E-Communication.
∎ Sound knowledge about all types of marketing & sales tools.
∎ Flexible to make sales regular sales call when required.
