Job Context:
∎ • Mahmud Group is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as an Asst. Manager (Spinning)- Internal Audit.
∎ • The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare quarterly and yearly financial statements.
∎ Monitoring & reconcile with Tally of Goods Revived Note, RM & FG issue, Consumption, Production, Reprocess, Party wise-item wise sales, internal transfer, process loss & Closing stock.
∎ Monitoring daily transaction & conformation.
∎ Prepare daily cash & bank book entry accounting record in the accounting software.
∎ Prepare Bank reconciliation.
∎ Ensure timely accounting entry of the field office and store accounting record.
∎ Prepare cheque requisition, written & issue to Supplier.
∎ Prepare weekly debtor's creditor's overdue.
∎ Co-operate & faced internal & external audit.
∎ Monitoring factory cash & accounts.
∎ Monitoring debtors-credit limit.
∎ Logistics / Transport bill checked.
∎ Checking daily collection Report & Reconcile it with Bank book.
∎ Tax & VAT audit operation.
∎ Verifying all Receipts & Payments of Head office or Branch office and Banking activities.
∎ Assist to check & verifying Head office or Branch offices petty cash, all received from
∎ Party & H/O, salary, wages and overtime.
∎ Have to check & report on purchase, distribution & wastage frequently with quantity.
∎ Randomly check material requisition, gate pass, challan, fuel cost and other bills.
∎ Regular checking of all kind of purchases related documents including all Branches.
∎ Any other assignment as per management requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have ability to correspond accurately
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Computer (Microsoft Office)
