Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evaluate and enhance production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and waste reduction.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to establish and implement best practices in manufacturing processes.
∎ Conduct regular evaluations of resources and assets to ensure their optimal utilization for improved production outcomes.
∎ Develop and maintain time and motion studies to support efficiency optimization and operational planning.
∎ Lead the execution of layout and workflow improvements to ensure smooth production operations.
∎ Conduct root cause analyses to drive operational excellence and improve production standards.
∎ Suggest and implement improvements to SMV (Standard Minute Value) through streamlined construction methods without compromising garment quality.
∎ Work with the Planning Department to improve capacity, line, and factory plans for enhanced pre-production and production efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with Senior Factory Managers to design and implement effective cut and finishing plans based on production priorities and delivery schedules.
∎ Ensure machine and equipment efficiency across all sections, regularly monitoring their performance to maintain operational excellence.
