Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead IE team to optimize productivity across knitting department.
∎ Analyze sweater "minute values" for accurate costing/time utilization.
∎ Develop/implement improved methods to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
∎ Conduct R&D on knitting timings (from development phase to final production).
∎ Collaborate with production/planning teams for smooth order execution.
∎ Identify production bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement solutions.
∎ Prepare operator skill matrix.
∎ Introduce lean techniques and Kaizen.
∎ Prepare manpower loading plans.
∎ Validate line layout and conduct IE audits.
∎ Lead IE team to optimize productivity across knitting department.
