Responsibilities & Context:
To prepare operation bulletin and line lay out for every new style.
Work place designing in a cost effective manner & Line balancing.
Conduct & monitor Time- study, capacity study, production study, method study.
Fixing & monitoring line score sheets by hourly output basis.
Analyze individual operator`s performance. Unskilled operator`s performance follow up.
Line feeding with sewing technician and Line Supervisors. (COT).
Ensure every sewing operator having skill card with pictures.
SMV Costing as per tech pack/sample.
Defect rate analize, style output monitoring & style analyze / R&D.
Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.
