Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production
∎ Masters in any discipline.
∎ Background of Industrial engineering will given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Production Management (Sewing), Work Study
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing efficiency of different sections and identifying alternatives to maximize the efficiency and reduce the cost.
∎ Workout with IPE team to enhance the efficiency and work with team to achieve.
∎ Follow up on production build up achievement and variance.
∎ Work on build up variance and work out the plan to fulfill the monthly performance.
∎ Ensure the management reports are sent daily.
∎ Monitor week operators and poor performer and use IPE tool to recover the areas.
∎ Closely follow up "change over plan" and COT "few new style".
∎ Ensure all acheive the style learning curve.
∎ Follow up new operator training process.
∎ Check SMV cost budget.
∎ Work with planning dept. to get the correct loading to the factory.
∎ Manpower utilization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart & Energetic
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
