Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor line planning, sample collection and make lay out for quality production.
∎ Ensure sewing machine arrange and organizing.
∎ Plan line balancing with capacity and target.
∎ Guide & improve line & floor efficiency as well as factory production efficiency.
∎ Identify & Implement method to reduce waste time.
∎ Enforce and ensure S.M.V for smooth operation.
∎ Analyze skill inventory with operator grading for performance evaluation & ZDO.
∎ Maintain G.S.D for development.
∎ Ensure training to production staff on improving skills & efficiency.
∎ Maintain communication with P.M for to identify all defects, maintenance, cutting & other section.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the appropriate authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Written and Verbal Communication skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Inter-personal communication skills.
∎ Well-organized and detail-oriented.
∎ Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)

Salary: Negotiable
