∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Masters in Economics/Statistics/HRM/Management/MIS/Finance from a reputable institute.
∎ Maximum age of 40 years (Age may be relaxed for highly deserving candidate).
∎ At least eight years of working experience in HR within renowned companies.
∎ Proficiency in producing analytical reports and interpreting complex data.
∎ Excellent knowledge of the MS Office application suite, particularly proficient in MS Excel.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent should possess knowledge and substantial experience in various HR functions such as Recruitment & Selection, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Payroll Generation, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits Management, Disciplinary Procedures, and Separation. Must demonstrate skills in producing analytical and narrative reports analyzing and interpreting complex data. Given exposure to confidential information, a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion is essential for the position.
