Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and Monitor Human resource staffing plans in short-term and long-term recruitment.
∎ Follow up the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
∎ Draft, modify, Create & implement company policies, rules, and regulations.
∎ Coordinating with the Human Resources team and the production team to successfully
∎ implement different HR projects on the unit floor
∎ To handle/coordinate all types of Employee Disciplinary matters and I.R / Labor Relations matters.
∎ Responsible for compiling, updating, maintaining, and filing all permit applications, variances, plans, reports, and studies required by rules & regulations, local law, and Buyer requirements.
∎ Confirm the compliance and buyer audit issues to ensure the satisfaction of buyers.
∎ Look after the compliance issues in line with Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 & Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and also other govt. regulation bodies as well.
∎ Should Have been capable to meet the BSCI, Sedex, ISO, Oeko-Tex, GOTS, OCS, GRS, WRAP, CTPAT, Etc. audit & Certification.
∎ Carry out regular internal compliance audits & put up recommendations, follow up for implementation, and provide reports thereof.
∎ To implement a corrective action plan (CAP) as per findings/observations/recommendations of the concerned audit and submit the CAP to the audit team concerned timely and to follow up the same (CAP).
∎ Work with the factory admin department for housekeeping and cleaning initiatives, to ensure workplace hygiene and safety,
∎ Prepare factory in accordance with local law and buyer's requirement and conduct compliance audit in coordination with the buyer's representative as well as the factory management.
∎ Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
