Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement tax planning strategies for current and future periods
∎ Prepare and submit tax returns with due diligence, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
∎ Prepare and submit relevant documents and support as per the requirement of the tax authority for completing income tax assessment
∎ Prepare and submit monthly TDS Statements, WHT Return as per ITA 2023
∎ Ensure 100% TDS as per local laws
∎ Develop and implement VAT planning strategies for current and future periods. Prepare and submit VAT Returns with due diligence, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Maintain VAT-related records, including Mushak accounts, VAT reconciliations, and VAT return submissions.
∎ Facilitate VAT refund applications and coordinate with VAT Division & VAT Commissioner Office as required
∎ Ensure 100% VDS deduction at source as per local laws
∎ Manage Tax/VAT audits and files under appeal
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the Management.

∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Assistant Manager - VAT & Tax with extensive experience in the RMG sector to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure tax and VAT compliance while supporting the company’s financial objectives.
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Develop and implement tax planning strategies for current and future periods
