∎ Experience:

∎ Skills:
∎ • Strong expertise in Pivot Table & VLOOKUP
∎ • Experience with FR & ERP (preferred)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ️ Collect fabric/accessories in-house plan from the Head of Planning
∎ ️ Review PO sheet & delivery dates
∎ ️ Prepare Monthly & Weekly Line Plans
∎ ️ Develop alternative plans for line feeding or urgent requirements
∎ ️ Provide production plans to the concerned team
∎ ️ Track and report on TOD, HOD and FRI
∎ ️ Implement corrective action plans based on previous day’s production
∎ ️ Check Line Balance & take necessary steps for WIP status in cutting, sewing, finishing & packing
∎ ️ Generate reports on Line Plan achievement & Plan vs. Actual production
∎ ️ Monitor fabric & accessories status
∎ ️ Follow up on sample approvals with CS comments
∎ ️ Oversee size set making & cutting section input control
∎ ️ Ensure finishing as per inspection date requirements
∎ ️ Maintain email communication with the Head of Planning
∎ ️ Ensure line balancing through layout, time & motion study for all styles
