Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all activities of HRM, Admin & Compliance department.
∎ Handling all types of Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety/HIGG/ BSCI/ SEDEX/ WRAP/ C-TPAT/ ISO (QMS/ EMS/ OHSAS) and others certifications Audit.
∎ To prepare Audit related documents.
∎ To prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External & Internal audit.
∎ To maintaining buyers' Code of Conducts as well as confirming buyer audit issues to ensure the satisfaction of potential buyers.
∎ Mail Corresponding with all internal & external concerns.
∎ Follow-up/ Handling factory compliance and sustainable compliance issue.
∎ Responsible for manpower planning, handling employee & Worker's hiring process (recruitment, selection & placement) for different department.
∎ To monitor payroll & increment system of all employee & Workers.
∎ Ensuring the practice of Labor Laws in the organization.
∎ Monitor employee's salary payment, address all grievances issues and settle those in accordance with existing rules.
∎ Responsible for evaluating performance appraisal of all categories of employees according to policy of the Company.
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation and confirmation related work.
∎ To update company policy as per decision of management.
∎ To ensure implementation of office orders.
∎ To handling grievance, identify the problems & help to solve them.
∎ To conduct internal audits and prepare reports.
∎ Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of proper housekeeping
∎ Ensure Vehicle Management, Surveillance and Security.
∎ Develop strong relationships with top Management and effective communication between Company & employees
∎ Make the proper bill in accordingly & Check all types of monthly bill & voucher
∎ Arrange food & refreshment for buyer, auditor and visitors as well.
∎ Monitor waste management
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, education allowance, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill etc.
∎ Any other duty imposed upon by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be a self-starter and proactive.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bangla.
∎ Good problem solving skills.
∎ Candidate Having PGD in HRM/ Diploma in Compliance will get Preference.
∎ Candidates staying in Narayanganj will get preference.
