Responsibilities & Context:
To Follow Up and manage NPD & Costing Team for smooth operation.
To improve NPD & Costing process for smooth operation.
To improve production process and wastage reduction.
Manage all aspects of costing & Tendering processes
Coordination with Supply chain and material sourcing
Problems resolutions for sample development and production ,liaising with relevant department.
Product post Costing Analysis.
Maintain Product development & Costing related Documentation and generate regular reports for management.
Drive the New Product Development (NPD) packaging solutions that enhance product appeal and differentiate the brand
Identify current and future market trends in the packaging industry, materials, packaging formats.
