Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research seasonal fashion trend direction, assortment opportunities, current market trends in textiles & garment decoration processes for art locations & techniques and adopts new art/technique concepts accordingly into technical skillset.
∎ Prepare Mood board and PPT presentation to existing and new buyers based on extensive research, themes and trends
∎ Create seasonal trend and concept boards, ensuring that there's a pipeline of new products for our customer
∎ Global Trend Analysis, based on Theme and Region, propose and develop trendy new designs.
∎ Able to create own sketch
∎ Work closely with Merchandisers/Marketing Team and Factory to prepare the product as per design and other technical aspects within specified deadlines
∎ Independently prepare tech packs, take photos for newly developed styles and assist in product archive preparation
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge about fabrication and its character for styling and technical knowledge of production feasibility while creating any design
∎ Ensure the timely and successful design and development of products in line with the customers' requirement
∎ Out of the box thinking, able to create new designs
∎ Participate regularly with overseas Buyer's Virtual Conference Meeting
∎ Assist with measurement charts, fits and assists with sample technicians.
∎ Ensure technical execution to include with drawings, including measurements, color pantones, and design detail specifications of all illustrative art
∎ Able to create graphics design or print/embroidery/any of embellishments on textile/garments.
∎ Maintain thorough knowledge of current and past assortment. Including decoration techniques, silhouettes, yarns/fabrics, and design details.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong software abilities on Adobe CS6 Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign as well as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
∎ Must be up to date with trendy verbiage and prints
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize work on a continual basis
∎ Must be a self-starter with strong initiative and hard work ethic
∎ Superior attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-presented, smart, and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
